I can write numerous blog posts about a variety of Mind-Body topics, but it really is up to you to engage your mind and educate yourself so that you can be empowered to make informed decisions. And with that being said, a successful Mind-Body practice incorporates many paths such as proper nutrition, exercise, education, ways of thinking, and it is a consistent everyday journey.
